Question by LuckyBamboo: why do dairy products not taste sweet though they are high in sugar?
Plain Yogurt has 17gm sugars in them, Milk has 6g, lemon juice of 1 lemon has 6g sugar, but they do not taste as sweet as a cookie with 6g sugar in it? Why is that?

Not to sure, milk because the ingredients to process and lemons, well natures way I guess. Cottage cheese has sugar but is not sweet.
